Managing partner is Dr Roderik J. P. Strobl, BBA, EMBA, MBA, TEP, who has successfully worked in the international financial industry for over 30 years as a senior adviser, wealth manager, team leader, trainer and trust researcher. He has experience in advising prime international private and institutional mandates in the respective field of wealth planning, management and development, structuring and other related financial services. His expert knowledge and practical experience ranges from the analysis, proposal development and implementation of standard compliant wealth planning instruments to multi-layered client relationship management services and models in key OECD white-listed jurisdictions. In addition, he worked on numerous bank projects related to the implementation of new regulations and bank internal directives.  Roderik formerly worked, inter alia, as a senior adviser and representative at Crédit Agriciole Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, Credit Suisse Trust AG, Cititrust (Switzerland) Ltd and Citibank (Switzerland). He holds a BBA (including business economics and tax law) with a major in marketing, an MBA in international marketing, an EMBA in international business, a certification in investment counselling and a Doctorate in Business Administration, specifically in area of trust research on the key factors that influence trust in a Swiss family office banking relationship. He has been a full member of STEP since June 2008 and joined the STEP Zurich committee in December 2010, where he currently acts as its chairman since September 2017. He coined the expressions ‘digital presence' and ‘virtual director' at STEP Zurich. He is also a member of Treuhand Suisse, IFPI and SUISA.
